Your items will be posted 3-5 days prior to your delivery date.

If choosing an Express 1 Night rental period, choose your event date as the delivery date. You will be required to return the items the next day.

Select the date you would like to collect from our Salter Point, WA location.

If choosing an Express 1 Night rental period, choose your event date as the start date. You will be required to return the items the next day.

Nationwide express postage is $30 and will be added at checkout. Please ensure you select Express Post as your delivery method when you get to checkout, or your order may be cancelled. Items must be returned on the return date at an Australia Post office before 3pm (or 12pm if your return date falls on a Saturday). Early returns are accepted. Late fees apply for late returns.

Accidental Damage Protection

Our Accidental Damage Protection add-on covers minor accidental damage and professional cleaning up to a value of $100. It’s designed to give you peace of mind for small, everyday mishaps. Highly recommended for gowns, maxi dresses and skirts, white items, and higher-value items where extra care is advised.


If Accidental Damage Protection is not selected, you will be responsible for the full cost of any professional cleaning or repairs where required due to the condition items are returned in (e.g. staining or damage).




Taking out Accidental Damage Protection does not remove your responsibility to use and care for the items appropriately. All items must still be treated with reasonable care and returned in good condition. Damage Protection does not cover:

  1. Lost or stolen items
  2. Major, excessive, or irreparable damage
  3. Damage requiring full replacement of the item
  4. Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or reckless behaviour
  5. Use outside of intended purpose or in unsuitable environments
  6. Late return fees or additional hire charges

Accidental Damage Protection is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward the replacement cost of an item if it is damaged beyond repair. In cases where damage falls outside of this coverage, repair or replacement costs may still be charged.
